Northland Neighborhoods, Inc. (NNI) is the premiere community development corporation which serves Clay and Platte counties. Local low-income households are in need of critical home repairs. Additionally, there is a steady and growing demand from neighborhoods and homeowner associations in the Northland for organizational assistance, crime watch, and leadership training, as well as strategic planning. The demand for services consistently exceeds the funding that is needed and available.
